S.Erasmus Church

On the top of Mount Eolo a Romanic church built around the XIIth century A.D. Its location is probably where was a mytologic village called "Clusiulum"quoted by Plinio the Eldest. The upland has a curios shape because it seems to follow the Gemini constellation. It is still possible to look at the originary cyclopean masonry at the bottom of the upland
