The farm holidays “Tenuta degli Astolfi”,encircled by a wonderful garden with swimming pool, is the right place to spend your holidays on relax and pleasure enjoying the quite of the Umbria’s country far from the noises of City ,but also near to the S.S. E45 Terni-Perugia.
Located at few minutes distance from the famous “Sangemini’s thermal baths” and from the “Amerino’s thermal baths”, well known for the therapeutic properties of their spring waters, and from the ruins of the roman city of “Carsulae”, one of the most important and suggestive archaeological places of Umbria.
Built up restoring an old country house respecting the rural traditions of Umbria, it offers 5 double bad rooms, each provided of its own bathroom.
All furnishings are in style with the building joining together comfort and functionality for an unforgettable stay in.
The farm holidays “Tenuta degli Astolfi” presents its own Restaurant, where it can be tasted the traditional and characteristic food of Umbria.

All is prepared respecting the traditions of our country using typical and genuine products only, and thanks to the ability and experience of our Chefs, we offer a wide range of menu, all particular and of very good taste. The agricultural-zootechnical company, directed by the owner and his family, produces oil, corns, cheeses and meats, which particularly come from their Chianina cows ,certified race, and from local races sheep and pigs, reared in the 140 hectares of the farm holidays. All products produced by the agricultural-zootechnical company are directly furnished to the restaurant.
Some years ago, inside the agricultural-zootechnical company, has been opened a butcher’s shop , which sales the meats produced in our rears. Some of the typical foods suggested in our menu:
Starters : various kinds of cold meats and salami of our production and traditional “bruschette”.
First course: hand made pasta (cariole, fettuccine, potatoes gnocchi) available with typical souses with meat, mushrooms and truffle.
Second course: various kinds of barbecued or fried meats. various kinds of wild flow meats.
Side dishes: local vegetables, grilled of mixed vegetables. Dessert of the house. The restaurant is opened all days for dinner ,and on Saturday, Sunday and festivities it is also opened for lunch.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesday. Booking is appreciated
The farm holidays “Tenuta degli Astolfi” is located in the middle of Umbria in a panoramic and quite area, but very close to the S.S. E45 Terni-Perugia, which allows to easily reach all cultural and tourist places.
The pride of Umbria country is the presence of numerous mineral spring waters, already known in the roman time because of their therapeutic properties. They are one of the most excellent product in the meaning of health and wellness.
The most famous and important are the “Spring waters of Sangemini”, from which are bottled the “Sangemini” and “Fabia” waters; the “Spring waters of Amerino”( also known as the “San Francisco’s spring waters”) near Acquasparta. The thermal baths are also encircled by wide green parks
