Farm house "Podere del Cardinale"

XV century farmhouse, once property of Cardinal Giuliano della Rovere, who became pope in 1503 with the name of Giulio II.

Situated only a few steps from the churches of S.Martino and S.Pudenziana, real gems of Romanesque architecture, it is also only a few minutes far from the most beautiful towns of Central Italy: 6 km. to Narni, 40 km. to Spoleto, 60 km. to Todi, 80 km. to Assisi, 50 km. to Orvieto, 80 km. to Perugia, 75 km. to Rome, 50 km. to Viterbo.

Immersed in the quiet country environment of Umbria, it offers a wonderful landscape of the surroundings, rich of ancient oaks, vineyards and olive groves producing wine and organic extra-virgin olive oil The interiors are furnished according to the ancient Umbrian tradition: the kitchen is made precious by a large wood-burning oven.
